Hey, I am so pleased with myself, I have started my weight loss twenty one day habit plan.

I needed to set up this Blogger website and my YouTube site.
You will be happy to know that it is done, and that I have actually done 5 days already, but only two videos.

My third weight loss day

I started off with this weight loss plan doing my twenty one days habit mission.

I do not think I should go into detail about it all here, it is on my videos if you want to try to understand what I propose.

This post was just to tell you yesterdays weight.

Firstly I want to say that 7 weeks ago I weighed myself before going over to Toronto for a visit and I was 130 KG's then.
At my sons place in Canada, we were extremely spoiled with a lot of food, and I admit that i was a little worried, but at the same time we did go to a lot of places and did a lot of walking.

So with that actually doing me a lot of good - to now!

I started on Monday the 30th July.
It is already Wednesday - and I have been struggling to keep up the schedule, but I have managed it - so wah!

Here are the weights that I have recorded.

Please note that I am not going to make this very strict or even very scientific, or I will bail out of the misson, if I think that I have failed, when I probably only slipped a bit.

But I have not slipped yet. LOL

Tuesday       128.00
Wednesday  126,60

Now I need to add that I did not have any organisation yet.
The first day I weighed myself in the morning, like I am supposed to do.
But the yesterday (Tuesday) I weighed myself midday.

Now today was a disaster for me, I only did my 30 minutes exercise after my evening meal, I had just drunk a one litre Coke Zero, and had a full meal, and then weighed myself, so I cannot comment on why it is down.
