Launching my 21 day habit weight loss mission

Twenty one days forever 

Hey everyone, I am Rob Anderson and I am implementing a system I have used since 1984 when I was designing kitchens - the twenty one day habit plan.


This time I plan to become healthy and lose weight in the process.

What I plan to do...
I will be doing a post or video or something everyday on this Blog, on my You tube channel and on my website.
Why I am doing it...
I am putting my efforts out there into the public eye on purpose as I am very weak when it comes to exercise.
I am 60 kg's over weight, and it more because I never exercise that because I eat too much. I have been gaining weight since I was 30 years old and now at 52 years old I am serious risk of killing myself. Not from a heart attack but from lack of air when I try to tie my shoelaces.
I have been going barefoot for years and everyone thinks it is because I like it, but it might be because I have to hold my breath to tie those laces. :)
OK, so I have already started to speak rubbish, so before I go, let me just say that I will be back on a regular basis to keep you all up to date with my efforts.
